Design Services and Home Renovations

Design Consultation

If you would like guidance in designing your home, but prefer to do the work yourself, the Design Consultation is perfect for you. We will walk through your property and complete a room-by-room checklist to provide recommendations on space planning, lighting, landscaping, furnishings, décor, paint colors and amenities. This consultation is for 1.5 hours and can be offered remotely.

Design and Furniture Sourcing

This package is great for busy owners wanting to save time by allowing us to source the furniture and décor that is needed. After the design consultation, we will provide you a report with links to recommended items, as well as a presentation that includes photos of the proposed design options. You will then make the purchases and schedule the delivery and installation of items at your convenience. This service can be offered remotely.

Staging/Furniture Rearrangement

This package is best for owners wanting to use existing furnishings and accessories. We will do an initial walk through of your home to discuss the areas that you would like staged. Directly after the walk through, we will arrange your furniture, artwork, and accessories in the areas discussed, or schedule a time if additional purchases are to be made.

Full-Service Design and Installation

If you’re in the process of setting up your new vacation rental or want to completely overhaul your existing property, let us completely design and furnish your property. This package includes the consultation, design and sourcing of all furnishing and accessories. This service also includes delivery, assembly and installation of all furnishings and accessories.

Home Renovations

Does your property need a face lift? We can assist you in reselecting the finishes and materials for your home. We can help you find the perfect paint colors, flooring materials, counter tops, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, lighting, and anything else needed for your renovation project.
